On September 11th, 2025 I had a 10:00 am & 10:30 am appointments. I didn't get seen for my second appointment until after 12 pm. I asked one of the staff members.... Who can I talk to check to see how many patients before me. I was told to talk to a woman by the name of Shay on 199 Mount Eden on the 2nd floor. Shay was very unprofessional and rude. I was told by the radiology doctor that I need to go to the OB/GYN on the 3rd floor to get my referral and to make a follow-up appointment in the next few months. I did that and t... read more
The doctors are uneducated. Gave me a wrong diagnosis and put me on a bunch of meds I didn’t need. They told me I had a heart infection and months after I was discharged I find out it had nothing to do with my heart. Very unprofessional seems like they hire anyone. Most doctors don’t even speak English or Spanish
Don’t come this place is terrible 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 the people working recepcionista there is bad they ignore me
