This facility is one of the best! The nurses are so nice and the facility is well taken care of really clean.

If you are an employee at Bronson Commons, you need to know that covid pay is $3.40, not $2.40. This is paid by the State Of Michigan. When I questioned this on a phone interview ( 2nd interview) I was told they only paid $2.40. Then, they took my acceptance letter back saying it was disrespectful for me asking. They also tried offering me almost $6 less than I was told at first interview. Very shady place to work.

In 9 months my Dad (78 years old) has been to 4 different nursing homes for physical therapy after hospital stays. Bronson Commons was by far the best one! Each nurse we met (and my husband and I were there every night to visit ) was very kind. If the call button was pressed..somebody was there quickly. The doctors actually listened to us and didn't change his meds like the doctors at other nursing homes did which made him very sick each time. The place is clean...the little cafeteria has the BEST pizza and the view outside ... read more

My mom was recently a patient at Bronson Commons. The facility is clean and updated. However, that is where the positives end. She was recovering from a hospital stay. She has several health issues including dementia. The first night, I called to the nurses station to ask how she was doing. The male nurse told me that she was difficult and that their facility was not staffed to have someone sitting with her all the time. I was up there every day. Her physical condition was terrible.
