Absolutely awful “Credit Union.” There is no possible way to make any online or over the phone payments and I am completely locked out of my online account with no help. If you use this bank, you like me, will be stuck driving to the bank every month for the next 5 years in order to pay in person (like it is 1952,) because of the complete ineptitude of this sad excuse for a bank. Absolutely the worst financial institution experience our family has ever had! The most difficult people to get any information from about your own accounts. With Stone Age policies about having to mail in forms in order to do absolutely anything - even something as simple as an address change, it was near impossible to get anything done.
