Bonnie was very personable, and made my life a lot easier.
Do not call Bromwich Smith. My experience was horrible. I received a tax refund and 5 months ago. Bromwich emailed me and wanted it back. Hell no. Bromwich took a carbon tax refund for their fee. My bankruptcy is being reversed because I am not paying Bromwich what CRA refunded me. I can't make this shit up. 29 months of emails, 4 different employees who quit Bromwich, at one point, no one at Bromwich knew about the process or stage of my file.
I worked with Peter Stack from Bromwich and Smith and was treated so well! Peter explained everything clearly and was very supportive in sharing the knowledge I needed to make a decision . Thanks so much Peter!
They helped me immensely, taking my out of control debt with insane interest down to a manageable monthly payment allowing me to get back on my feet. This company could not even make it to the first phone meeting nor did they even try to contact me to cancel. I would give them a 0 stars if i could.
