This place is fantastic. George is wonderful to work with. We can send down a customer to the wonderful showroom and know they are getting exceptional service. I purchased a Regency fireplace insert from Bromwell's over the phone while looking at photos on Regency's website. Bromwell's doesn't have any inserts on display to look at. They charged me $175.00 shipping. Two people were needed to deliver it to my installer 8 miles away so I was charged $300.00 for delivery (2×$150.00)!! That's $475.00 in additional fees! They did recommend an insert that gave me a tax credit and included the form to fill out.

Just want to give a shoutout to Todd Glacken!! He made the long drive to Batavia to troubleshoot my deconstructed-fireplace and give us instructions on how best to put it back together. This is my 2nd positive experience with Bromwell’s… the first was back in 2022 when they replaced our door. They will ALWAYS be my first call!!
