I am a super nervous patient and both Rose and Dr Dhesi made my visit so comfortable. My appointment was really informative and quick, they spoke me through all possible options and preparations. It was also the loveliest dentist I’ve ever visited, drinks, snacks, and TV available whilst you wait too!

I cannot speak highly enough about my visit to Bromsgrove Dental Specialist practice today. On arrival I was greeted by Rose who was very welcoming and instantly put me at ease. The building itself was very impressive. The waiting area had a calm relaxing feel with very comfortable chairs to sit on whilst waiting for my consultation. At each stage of my extensive dental treatment I was treated with patience, support and given full guidance to look after my new implant. The quality of the care from the dentist, dental nurse and receptionists, is excellent. The practical aspects of each procedure was explained prior to it being completed. I have found my experience as a patient so much better than I had anticipated at the beginning of my treatment. The plan was explained fully to me and the costs clearly explained, so that I felt that I was always fully up to speed with progress and possibilities. The treatment itself was complicated but Mr Desi made sure that I understood not only what was being done, but also why this was the optimum route for me. A first class service and so pleased that I made this choice,

My appointment today was for 3 implants, I was a little nervous and anxious about the procedure but absolutely no worries, it was a breeze. Gurvinder and Rebecca made me feel totally at ease and explained every step thoroughly so I knew what to expect. Absolutely no pain at all, and I was treated professionally and with courtesy and in a lovely environment. Would recommend!
