Crazy rude.
Located beside the beautiful and calm capital city trail, I rented two bromptons with pink color for a day... and Diana was so kind and welcoming, I really enjoyed her service. I couldn’t return the bromptons before closing time... but thankfully manager still accepted them. The city trail was a bit challenging but so wonderful :D
I walked into the store with no idea what I wanted and Dayna took incredible care to answer all my questions and to make sure I test-rode a range of options to be super sure that I got the bike I wanted and needed. The process was quick, fun and friendly and I'm incredibly excited to get started on my new ride!
