Wow! I’m super impressed! I never expected a free replacement on my feeder tube on my Squirrel Buster plus! I was already impressed it lasted as long as it did before it cracked ! I can’t even remember when I bought this feeder, but I’m sure it was 10-15 years ago! I’ll definitely be buying ALL my bird feeders and things from you all! Great service! Thanks again!
Félicitations à Brome Bird Care. Ma mangeoire avait une pièce de défectueuse et après les avoir contacter, j’ai reçu la pièce de remplacement sans frais et dans un délai de 3 jrs. Ce qui est incroyable tenant compte de la grève des postes. Vous me surprenez par votre service et sans trop avoir posé de questions, vous m’envoyez la pièce de remplacement. Encore une fois bravo et je recommande fortement vos produits.
Had this classic for more than 10 years. It’s great. The company has provided spare parts twice without an issue. They stand behind their feeders.
Excellent design and good quality materials. Best of all, they work. I've had 2 mini feeders since spring, the squirrels don't even try anymore, they just run on by. I've recently purchased the suet squirrel buster, mostly to deter the grackles. These feeders are pricey, but they do exactly as advertised so you'll save money in the long if deterring squirrels is your goal. The only drawback I foresee will be filling them in the dead of winter, the process is a bit finicky.
