Ignorant, dangerous, unprofessional driver!!! Used his wide load truck/trailer as a rolling road block on the interstate. Literally ran a vehicle off the road. The left lane was ending in two miles and this driver took it their own hands to prevent anyone from passing them. In MN the Dept. of Transportation recommends using the Zipper procedure bringing the upcoming vehicles all the way up to the end and taking turns merging.
