I opened escrow with Jim & his company to sell my business on Oct 1, 20008. Escrow should have taken 40 days to close! It will be at least 70 days before escrow is closed. We got a call from ABC yesterday wondering why escrow still has not closed!!! He has not kept us up to date or at all. I walked into his office yesterday to sign paperwork that he asked me to come in and sign and he had no idea who I was!!! Is guy is a F@#$%@ joke!!!
