I wish I could give more than 5 starts! Rob and Wyatt went way above and beyond to get a couple of shades in my home repaired quickly. Due to the house being on the market, I needed these shades back in working order STAT. I called the dealer who originally sold them, and they unfortunately have never been interested in repairing the product they sell.
