Update: Never heard back from their support. Had to initiate a chargeback with my CC. Super disappointed. I would not recommend ordering from here I found one of these candles at a shop in Poulsbo, WA. The smell, honey horchata, was great so I went online and ordered two more from the brand’s website. Excellent products and staff!
Seriously a super fan of this company. They make the most insanely awesome smelling products. I replaced my colognes with their tobacco teak spray. It’s a family run business. The lady who works at the front desk is so kind and fun. This place is just rad.
When first used it, it went off itself very quickly so I reached out to them to ask if it’s ok, then by the time they replied, it looked like it was burning (but very very small and almost looked like it will goes off any second) now using almost very other day in the kitchen, as you can see in the picture it leaves a big amount of wax around the jar… it is a waste of wax and money!
