Had holes in two different tubes on a Sunday. Determined to continue with my plans for a long ride, Broken Spoke was not just open, but also ready to provide phenomenal customer service. Gabe not only had the tubes I needed but quickly installed and inflated my wheel so I was ready to ride right out of the parking lot. Great customer service by a knowledgeable and efficient young man WORKING ON A SUNDAY! Many thanks Gabe!!!!!🙏
Had a great experience here with George. I had a lot of questions and got recommended a bike that wasn’t even on my radar that would suit my needs. Zero pressure to buy but went back the next day and picked up my new bike and they went through setting it up for me and got me going. This shop rocks
This is my 2nd Salsa bike I had built, if you can dream it, George can build it!
They addressed a slight issue with a new bike we recently purchased in prompt fashion with warranty coverage. George then helped us with options for a second lighter e-bike, then helped with slight medications to make it the bike we were hoping for as a city e-bike. He was great.
