First off, I walked in not expecting to buy a bike today, but George made it so easy! He made things understandable, and made buying the bike fun honestly, zero pressure. I tried a couple bikes and by the time I was done testing the second one he had suggested to add an extension on the first bike I tried. Sunday afternoon I broke my rear wheel and Broken Spoke was the only bike shop open in a 50 mile radius. They told me to bring the wheel out and had me up and running 2 hours later. This was incredible because I was headed out on a mountain bike trip the following morning. Thanks to Broken Spoke in Suamico I had a great week of riding!
I just want to say Thank You to the technician who repaired my bike and tuned it up. They did such an excellent job repairing my bike, as well as, keeping the costs affordable! My bike rides so much better than when I brought it in and it’s an 30 year old bike!! Excellent service, excellent staff! I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone!! Thank you again!
