Raddest Dudes on the block
The store closes at 6pm, I stopped in on a Friday at 17:40 and expecting to check my bike in a pick it up in a week. The issue was a simple fix and the owner said nah I’ll it done in a few minutes. That’s customer service. A simple issue that they could have just held onto for a Monday they fixed had right back to me in minutes.
Walked in knowing what I wanted and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They ordered the exact bike I wanted and had it shipped and assembled in under two weeks. Good group of guys, staff is friendly. I would certainly refer anyone here and plan to return in the future for service & accessories, etc.
