Great service on a neglected pretty nice bike w frozen disc brake & bad cables. Staff as very friendly, work was done fast & bike works like new. First time to the shop but we’ll be back! Reasonable rates too.
They keep earning it each time I stop in. I shopped around Milwaukee, Madison, Appleton. Where others were patronizing, even boarder line arrogant, Broken Spoke was informative, accommodating and gave us a lot of confidence in our purchase.
