March 2026: I ordered a pair of tires for the upcoming Cactus Cup race from these yahoos. I never rec'd tracking info, which, of course, is suspicious. I emailed "Sarah" who replied to me via an email that they didn't actually have the tires in stock. Sarah also stated they (Broken Spoke) sent me an email informing me of their mistake; no such email ever arrived (junk inbox included). I'm still waiting for my refund. I can't speak for their "bricks and mortar" customer service and reliability, but their online service sucks.

On 10-1-2025 (Wednesday) Had stopped-in at this Bike Shop “Broken Spoke”, located in Manitowoc, WI along with my bicycle. The front Tire-Inner-Tube went completely flat and needed to be replaced. Employee there named Pete was helpful and completed the task within ten minutes. Total cost with tax was $21.75 which shows on receipt as: $10.00 for Labor & $10.00 for Bike-Tire-Inner-Tube.
