On 10-1-2025 (Wednesday) Had stopped-in at this Bike Shop “Broken Spoke”, located in Manitowoc, WI along with my bicycle. The front Tire-Inner-Tube went completely flat and needed to be replaced. Employee there named Pete was helpful and completed the task within ten minutes. Total cost with tax was $21.75 which shows on receipt as: $10.00 for Labor & $10.00 for Bike-Tire-Inner-Tube. Friendly staff, clean shop, and lots of options to choose from. Will definitely be back one day!
Rude on the phone, pretty nice in person at the shop. Perhaps some training with phone calls, like, "We are super-busy right now, can you call back?" As opposed to yelling, "What are you asking! We have customers in line!" I clearly asked if tgey had a 700c x 38-40 Multitrack tire, describing the tread on the tire & mentioning the Specailized Crossroads brand.
