We love bread, we bake our own bread, we even have had our own sourdough mother at times ... despite all that, this is the BEST cinnamon raisin bread we have had in our lives. The loaf is more akin to a pastry than a sourdough loaf. Luscious. We also had the rosemary garlic loaf, and the cinnamon rolls. All absolutely amazing. If we lived in Waco we would be at that drive-thru to pick up tomorrow.. but we don't, so we'll be back at the farmer's market the next time we visit Waco. We love Broken Grain's fresh baked goods with clean ingredients. We frequently enjoy their breads and occasionally their cookies and cinnamon rolls!

Can use consistency improvements sometimes too salty but most of the time delicious!
Danishes are the best I’ve had! So delicious! Their flaky pastries are just perfect and the fillings are so tasty. The one with everything seasoning on it is definitely my new favorite. We’ll be sure to look for them at the Waco Downtown Farmers Market any chance we get!
