If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Their billing practices are unethical and charges appear to be arbitrarily determined, the staff rude and completely unprofessional- contrived unpaid bills, illegal practices to attempt to collect ‘unpaid’ bills, obvious errors on bills they refuse to acknowledge or correct...they treat people horribly bad and continue to offer sub par, hostile service to the residents of BA. The citizens here deserve better.
