I had a extremely disappointing experience. I asked a simple question to reconfirm my bank details before finalizing, which is a normal step to avoid errors, but the response I received was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. At one point, I was told “you are a piece of work,” which I found completely inappropriate, especially as a paying client. This caught me off guard and made the interaction uncomfortable.
