We are thrilled with our first experience with Brogen Photography! From first contact to the actual photoshoot to reviewing proofs, Randy and Caroline took care with every detail. They worked so well as a team to help my daughter get the perfect portraits for ice skating. I placed my preorder before the photos were taken. They were sports team pictures for my son’s hockey team. Pictures were taken 10/1. I heard nothing from them even now. I chatted with other parents who had received their prints mid November or before then and I tried reaching out to the company. I sent a message on the site, called left messages. No response. Thankfully another parent showed me how to log on and see the pictures. I selected my favorites and was told by the other parent the company should print and ship them... read more

Randy and Caroline have it all! This talented duo are AMAZING to work with. They listen and they care. You never feel like a “customer”. The pictures and memories that they capture are stunning and honestly speak for themselves. Each session that I have ever been to has been awesome. My kids love them too!
