Made an appointment online through their website which is what they suggest, called twice to confirm and got no answer and no callback. No one showed up at all. Called to ask what the deal was, no answer and no callback.
Despite having to reschedule our original appointment due to him being stuck at a earlier job, the technician communicated with me throughout the day and was very friendly. When it came time for our service he was extremely efficient. Solved our problem immediately! A previous estimate from another company stated that we needed to completely replace our gas fireplace which was not the case. Thanks Brogan's for the excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this company to any person looking for service.
