Love Brogan's Gas Fireplace Repair Virginia Beach! I've never had any issues with them showing up on time or anything like that. Some of the reviews on here that are negative like the harry guy seem fake.... like ok so you called them and have messages back and fourth... NO RECIEPT????? hmmm sounds suspicious. and that photo looks fake too. like edited to look like a disgusting old pedo seems to be the intention fir some reason... DO NOT USE THESE MORONS!! Had these guys come out to clean and service my fireplace. One of these morons filled my house with dirt from the fireplace because he didn’t know how to use a shop vacuum. Instead of doing the right thing and using his insurance to take care of the cleaning of my couch carpet walls tables blankets and everything that was down stair when this moron filled my house with suet from the fireplace. Company is a joke. Some dope head saying he was the owner should up to my house to fix my fireplace. Guy stunk like alcohol and must. Spent 20 minutes looking then told me he didn’t have my part and would have to come back to my house. Never came back. I think he took my money and drank or smoked it. Don t deal with this crack head or his company

I wrote a review yesterday after Todd cleaned and repaired my fireplace. It is no longer on the site. Todd did an excellent job and answered all my concerns. My fireplace is 20 years old and I just had it cleaned a few months ago. I had not even used it until November. My fireplace looks better than it has after using other companies.
