Great store! I have gone to Broenes several times looking for furniture for our new home. The furniture is high quality, first rate and the prices are great. The showroom is clean and easy to manuver. The sales staff is informative but not pushy. Their is ample parking and their location off of Lake Michigan Drive is ideal!
Excellent Quality I recently purchased several pieces of Amish oak furniture as well as 2 upholstered couches. I could not be happier. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the free delivery and set up was on time and complete. My furniture will last a lifetime. I am so happy that I purchased American made products. I also bought during a store wide sale and loved getting a discount. If you are looking for cheap imports, go to another store. HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY!! Broene's Furniture has been nothing but RUDE to my mom and stepfather. First, they sold them faulty furniture, then denied anything was wrong with it. When my parents finally convinced them there was something wrong with the furniture and got them to take it back, Broene's wouldn't give my parents back their money!! HORRIBLE FURNITURE, RUDE OWNER AND SALESPEOPLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE STORE - STAY AWAY!!!
Wonderful Quality I'm so impressed with the prices they have here on their solid oak items. We love our solid oak end-tables, and it didn't hurt our budget either. Their customer service was awesome. I love that we werent followed around the store while trying to make our selections. We were really concerned about the size of our tables, and they handed us a tape measurer to be certain they would fit in our small space!
