I just had my boat service in for warranty work and a 300 hour service. Tommy was great and went above and beyond. He met me at the ramp since I don't have a trailer and was done with the repainting and service in a couple of days. It is obvious why he is the go to for SeaVee service.
I recently took my outboard motor to Broedell, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. They thoroughly assessed my outboard and explained the necessary repairs in detail. The turnaround time was impressive; I got my motor back within a week, and they kept me updated throughout the process. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the high level of service I received. After the service, my boat runs like new! I highly recommend Broedell Ma... read more
Tommy provides a level of customer service that you don't see often these days, and certainly not in the marine space. He's super responsive, does exactly what he says he going to do, shows up when he says he's going to, and truly goes above and beyond. He's helped me with everything from fuel leaks, to engine maintenance, to electrical, and everything in between. He's good people and I highly recommend him!
Tommy Broedell has serviced my 2023 340z Seavee since new. Seavee told me he was the best and I can certainly attest. He runs a top notch business. Always excellent communication and the machine always runs like a champ.
prompt excellent service. Tommy has thorough and deep Merc expertise and knowledge for electronic steering also. highly recommended
