I took my E350 transit van in (it’s a fleet vehicle) they were unable to fix it because they didn’t have an enterprise account. But they diagnosed everything and gave that to me for free and did not try to nickel and dime me or my company. This is a great shop and I will be back with my personal rig. Great service, great people.

I want to share my frustrating experience with Brody’s auto shop to warn others: Initial Inquiry: I called Brody’s to ask about prices before scheduling an appointment. The representative informed me that the dealer does not replace parts but rather shaves them, assuring me that they replace everything. First Visit (Sept 20): I brought my car in for noise issues, guaranteed to be ready by 4 PM. I ended up waiting until about 5:30 PM without any resolution. The short story: this place ruined my CVT transmission. I dropped my 15 outback off to have around 5k dollars of work done to it, including a transmission flush. Within a few weeks of having it back it started making a grinding sound when I would drive uphill.
