I did not have a good experience dealing with Martin Brodsky. He turned hostile very quickly, was hard to reach, demanded we meet deadlines only for his sellers to go on vacation 2 weeks before our closing date was set (this was also never mentioned, until we asked why it was taking so long to hear back from the sellers) and VERY disrespectful to my attorneys. Unfortunately, I had dealings with Martin Brodsky. If there was a negative star rating I would be selecting it. I'd strongly recommend thinking twice before using him to represent you. We were the sellers of an estate and the buyers were represented by him. This man dropped the ball on many occasions and simply was unresponsive to several things that needed to be negotiated or agreed on to keep the process moving forward. We were pushed into using this group by our real estate agent and having no alternative at the time. Would echo the previous reviewer’s comments about their terrible experience. It was very difficult to get in touch with Martin and he only spoke to us when convenient for his schedule. When we did actually get him on the phone, he had a blasé attitude. I raised concern regarding working with a paralegal at the time of our interview and sure enough, his paralegal had incorrect due dates in her communications with us which almo... read more
