I hired B&B to develop a design and floor plan for my master bedroom. They charged me for an in-house visit ($180+ which they said would go towards the cost of my design and it did not), then a 50% deposit ($500+) for a 1 room design fee. I felt like they did not listen to what I wanted or requested (I wanted help with my layout and floor plan, and less about the colours and furniture) and their proposed design lacked creativity and did not meet my expectations. Brodie and Brown renovated our main bathroom starting Dec 2020 during the COVID Restrictions. Paige helped us design a modern bathroom within budget, and met together with suppliers to select all bathroom components. She is very creative, and quickly draws from her experience with minute details to overall design to glue our ideas together.
