Not a very professional service when I left 3 voice messages over a 2 week period in order to book a massage for a sore back and I did not receive a return call.
I have previously enjoyed excellent massage experiences. However, I was compelled to cancel upcoming appointments due to Brockville Wellness' stringent, inflexible, and discriminatory cancellation policies, which I found unaccommodating. There are situations that call for rigidity and others that require adaptability and cooperation with clients. Unfortunately, Brockville Wellness's approach falls short of genuine graciousness.
Very professional and they actually listen. Great RMT.
