I have read the other posts and don't understand the rant. It seems that on most reviews they only post the negatives. My experience with Brockington was very positive start to finish. The guy who wrote the negative book rant below seems like a very negative unhappy person. I will recommend Brockington to everyone!!
If you want an honest review from reputable companies then contact or office or the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas. We have been a proud member of the Better Business Bureau for 15 years.. Remember anyone can log and post any review on these sites even your competition.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! I am not sure these people even exist. I am trying to get some repair work for a Lane couch and it has been nothing but miscommunication, rudeness and misinformation. I am contacting Lane to get the replacement part so I can fix it myself. Waste of time....
Brockington has communicated with us and is going to replace our foam free of charge, I appreciate their willingness to please the customer and make sure we are happy with the results.
WARNING: HORRIBLE SERVICE & RUDE PEOPLE – This is just a warning for anyone wanting to use Brocking Uphostery for any type of repair. I took a lift chair that belongs to my father, who is 87 years old to get repair here. What a horrible experiense I have had. The lady that answers the phone has no customer service or personallity at all, but I know where she got it from the owner, Brockington himself treats customers the same way. Keep Low Expectations – I had a broken peice of furniture that was taken to the warehouse so full that it had to be lifted on its side to fit. We were told it would be 5 - 10 business days, after 2 weeks we called and the office staff who has apparently never taken a course in customer service, couldnt find the paperwork on the furniture, put me on hold for a long time, came back and told me it would be done end of the week, if not, for sure the following Monday, it was two more weeks after that.
