Brock was nothing short of incredible. I had a fairly small budget for buying my home, and some financial hurdles that had to be dealt with. Every other broker I contacted heard my budget and how much work/help I would need and basically said I wouldn't qualify for a home and to contact them in a few years when I had my stuff sorted. Brock is extremely knowledgeable. He was able help me secure the mortgage that worked best for me and my family. He responded to any questions I had very promptly and did a great job of explaining the features of my mortgage to me in a way I could understand.
