This firm is criminal, they garnished my pay without my consent during bankruptcy proceedings representing Discover card for non payment during COVID when I had no job. Scum bags Bill Canfield
I was making payments for 2+ years on a 3 years repayment plan and lost my job, i called them and ask if they could pause payments until i found work. they said NOPE. then after that they defaulted me and charged me an additional 408 dollars... so I was down on my luck, tried to call and work it out (like "they" always say to do) and they charged me 408 bucks extra for being fired. thanks Brock and Scott , real class acts.
