Their rates are great, i find them friendly, professional and always ready to help whenever there is a problem. I have been dealing with Sharon and she's the best broker have delt with in my fifteen years experience in this industry.
Beware of Brittney Spratt as she will double book trucks to the same load to see who gets there first. Then won’t pay a TONU for the second truck. Countless emails for weeks with their office that get nothing accomplished.
One of the brokers, a female whose name begins with letter M, blocked the dispatchers number and talked over them because she didn’t feel like providing customer service…. Very brutal and don’t know how she still has a job there
