Very helpful and client oriented
Annika Brock is an excellent Real Estate Attorney. As a Realtor she is my go to Attorney and I used her for my personal home purchase.
I had to withdraw from a home purchase early due to hurricane damage. Unfortunately, the law firm’s involvement only resulted in collecting the earnest money without providing much assistance or guidance through the process. Additionally, they still billed me $250 from my earnest money, which felt unreasonable given the limited support I received. Disappointed with the experience and lack of transparency in charges.
