Unable to reach anyone on 4th floor. I have left messages with zero call backs. Zero response. My family member had a fall and I had a call stating this and I can't get through to the 4th floor phone. DO BETTER PEOPLE. Who is accountable for NOT returning calls. How many times a day should someone call?
I must say that everyone we have met at Brock Fahrni are the nicest people ever!! People who really care about their residents and their well being. I wish I could give you 6 stars 🌟

Lots of confusion and everything falls apart after the day shift leaves.
I've been a resident here since September 22, 2023, when I had an accident that left me partially disabled. The care here has been exemplary. The staff, despite being vastly overworked, are always smiling and as helpful as they are able to be. The food, though somewhat repetitive, is filling and nutritious, and the days are filled with activities (if you're into that sort to thing). The only necessities that I would suggest is either an I Pad, or better yet, a decent laptop computer.
