Edit: after sending to another shop, they diagnosed it and set the brakes weren't properly setup. Pretty serious oversight. Buyer beware. I bought a used bike from them a couple of months ago. I've ridden it about 10 times (less than 100 miles on it) and it's developed a serious problem. I haven't been able to completely diagnose it but the steering is extremely loose, to the point to where the wheel will turn nearly completely around and it has a noticeable squeal when rolling. Edit: hold that thought about the steering. It might just be a minor issue that requires some minor maintenance. The rest of my criticism still holds. Great experience there today. I went in hoping that they would have something that fit me. I have an unusually short inseam and they were super nice about helping me. Not pushy at all. I did end up finding the perfect bike for me, but I loved that they were really just focused on making sure that I had a good time. They have a good warranty and are just genuinely good seeing people. Happy to support local.
