Great place to get an ebike. Very satisfied with my Lectric and the excellent customer service.
We are so happy with our new cargo and commuter ebikes from Brock Ebikes! They have great options, are super friendly and knowledgable, and let us test ride the bikes before buying. We love to ride around town with our daughter on the back!
Wanted an ebike. Did some internet research. Decided to go with Lectric XP4 750 but wanted to physically see and test one first. Brock has Lectric bikes and available for test rides. Steve at the shop was a 10. Steve was very helpful and l ended up ordering the Lectric XP4 750 ebike from them. I highly recommend this shop.
The Brock e-bikes store guy Michael in Milwaukie waived the assembly fee,, was patient and waited while I wrote down some of his directions, which I really appreciated, the owner gave me a break on an upgraded panier bag. Michael was patient when I struggled to re-attach the front wheel and take out and replace the battery. He didn't mind repeating his directions when I couldn't absorb them very fast. He and the owner were friendly. The business had happy steady customers the whole time I was there.
The staff here are very professional, the fees are reasonable, and they are also very friendly.
