The people working there are all extremely friendly. I got a deluxe tune-up for my bike and now she is running great! They also gave me some really good information on chain maintenance. I will definitely be returning for future needs!
The owner was super friendly and fast, helped me get my stationary bike back to working order (even though they don’t normally service them, he still hooked me up!)

We had a wonderful experience buying our first ever ebike from Brock Ebikes. The owner JP is very knowledgeable and helpful and we tested out a few models before we fell in love with the foldable RadExpand 5 Plus. It has big chunky tires but rides so nicely, and the electric assist is smooth and seamless. The throttle is another fun feature and also very smooth and controlled. Even though we live in Portland, we would definitely buy again from Brock EBikes.
