I see why this company has all 1 star reviews. I used Brock and Company for many years and was always more or less happy. I stopped using them 5 years ago. I just used them this year because I had a tax situation that I thought it best that they file. It wasn't hard but I wanted a firm to file. I cannot say enough bad things about them. They managed to leave two of three items off my return from basic oversight I guess (not too detailed oriented obviously). I cannot stress enough how much you should not do business here. From the inside, this office is a mess of overworked employees who don't have the time to care about your information. There is ever revolving staff. I rarely talk to the same person. From the outside, response on timeline of work is poor and the quality of product received is often riddled with errors.
