I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the "care" recieved by this clinic and BROC as a whole. If you must get surgery, leave the state. Do not trust these people. They do not act like medical professionals, and they don't hire them. My "physical therapy" was by techs, who never introduced themselves and would yell an exercise at you before running back to their table to talk with all the other techs. I had thumb/wrist surgery in March and been seeing OT Alanah and Jennifer Brusly location and there amazing. Super welcoming very patient and caring. Extremely knowledgeable at what they do. All staff is great and so kind. Recommend to anyone
