From day one, my experience at BROC Physical Therapy & Hand Center has been outstanding. The therapist and staff were absolutely great, but unfortunately the billing is inconsistent and the support staff for billing were unhelpful at the main BROC office. For example it may 6 to 8 weeks for them to file a insurance claim / get payment. In that time they will take your co payment for physical therapy and apply it as a credit to the main office rather than hold it for your PT visit. So even after you have played your full balance they send you a new invoice one they finally file the claim and remove the "credit" f... read more
