The therapist and staff were absolutely great, but unfortunately the billing is inconsistent and the support staff for billing were unhelpful at the main BROC office. For example it may 6 to 8 weeks for them to file a insurance claim / get payment. In that time they will take your co payment for physical therapy and apply it as a credit to the main office rather than hold it for your PT visit. So even after you have played your full balance they send you a new invoice one they finally file the claim and remove the "credit" f... read more
