First time here and Mai was excellent. She uses wholistic methods of healing and was exactly what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable and explained what she felt my body needed. She was also very respectful of my wearing a face mask (I was not feeling 100%) and she asked me if I wanted her to wear one too, so I said yes just in case. I have deeply appreciated my massage appointments with Vanessa W. She knows how to gently check in to ensure my needs are being met (re: temperature of the room, pressure, etc.) without interrupting the flow of the appointment. She is great at zoning in on particularly tense muscles and has offered suggestions for at home aftercare. She is a true professional.
