Very poor service and poor quality workmanship. Kim, the owner is argumentative and rude. She refuses to take responsibility for the poor quality of finished product. She also refuses to provide a refund of deposit. She believes it is fair to ruin a customers job and charge the dissatisfied customer. Unreal, unreasonable and unprofessional. You are taking a chance with this sketchy outfit!!

I had my drapes made at Broadway years ago and they are still beautiful as ever. No problems whatsoever. Good quality and professionally done. In fact, I'm taking my friend, Shirley Dale, there today so she can have some drapes made.

We had some excellent service from Broadway last week. We brought in 12 cushions from our loveseat, sofa and chair as the foam inside had worn out. The set was from 2005 and very well-made, so it broke our hearts to think of having part with it, so we thought we’d replace the foam and it was all done within a day. It looks BRAND new!! Thank you so much Broadway. We urge everyone to your shop check out.
