I have been to Broadway coin and stamps a number of times with my client. Lee is wonderful, we are always happy to see that he’s there. when we arrived, I was sorry to see that he had gone home ill, but Troy, Bob, and Greg picked up the slack. They didn’t miss a beat, as far as taking the time to talk to my client and myself and their caring attitude. Great store and great staff! Totally recommend. We will continue to give them our business, and appreciate the great service.

I had a very frustrating experience with this place and I want others to be aware. About six months ago, I purchased two 1 oz silver bars from this store and paid spot price, trusting that I was getting legitimate silver. Today, I came back just to see what I could get for them, and after testing them, I was told they are FAKE. That alone is already unacceptable—but what made it worse was how the situation was handled. The employee told me they “check everything” and had no idea who sold them to me. I had a pretty bad experience with these guys 15 years ago. After my shop in carlsbad became unusable (and I live in alpine) I decided to try again. They have new employees. The older gentleman who is there are Thursdays in particularly nice. And they helped me by tested coins that I got scammed on ebay with. They are now my go to store.
