Best bike shop in lubbock. Staff are very friendly and helpful!
This store used to be a lot better, but recently they have taken on new staff that are rude and arrogant. This store has poor management, and it is now a horrible experience to shop at.
I am currently training to do a sprint triathlon in May and was in the search for a good starter (and economical) road bike. I am 5’1 about 190lbs and have had a difficult time finding a bike for my height. I found one that would fit me at DFC bikes but their service was subpar and they wanted $300 for what seemed like a very worn bike and the worker was not very helpful on guiding me on where to get the bike updated and didn’t really seem to care if I bought the bike or not. walked in without any cash in need of a bottom bracket and a new front tire. the young guy working was willing to check out my bike and dropped what he was doing to get me back on the road. Ted, a great guy very quick to get the job done. in in Lubbock Texas again i would revisit Broadway bike
