Friendly, fast service. I had a flat, and the worker found and fixed the issue in minutes. I would go here for all my biking needs.
Unhelpful and rude
Promptly ordered the part i needed. 2 real friendly help. First time there and noticed they supply a community repair stand and tools. How Portland!!!
Went there with a flat on my ride home from work on my TREK and asked if they checked for the culprit. "YEP You are good" they say.... 3 hours later... another flat.... Glass was in the tire....They were nice and quick but lacked a bit of attention to detail... Luckily I got home but if I can find the issue shouldn't a bike store that repairs them have found it?
Picked up my specialized allez from these guys. Service was extremely friendly and helpful; the shop is clean and well maintained and the prices are more than reasonable. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
