Had a DoorDash pick up order and they are out of stock and owner refused to substitute, yet the order still showed as completed and sadly my chase credit is non refundable . Now i have no money and no booze. Same experience with other reviews.

Maybe don’t sell expired beer?
Truly the worst. I picked up a 4 pack of craft beer, got it home, and it tasted off. I look at the bottom and it was brewed in October 2023 (13 months ago!!). You have to be kidding me. And I know you can’t expect customer service from a place like this, but the dude checking me out just grunted. That was it.
