I received my order. It was broken . Michael acted as if he would help, but I was immediately ghosted. I am out $25. I’m now trying to get help from the credit card company. Very disappointing.
Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Amazing service - best online experience I've had - and I avoid buying online, so thank you. I will be back. :)
TOTAL SCAM. My mom ordered a pair of shoes from them in September of 2019 and it is now going to be two years that we have not heard back. We spoke to Michael in person at numerous events and he promised he would get them to us that they should be arriving "any day now" we have emailed numerous times and have heard nothing. $75 completely vanished. He gave us a sob story of how his manufacter completely vanished which we were understanding about but clearly none of it was true. Do not waste your time or money.
Buyer beware! I placed an order in September 2020 and never received all items. Only received some items after filing a dispute in December. Company would not reply to emails, texts or messages. Horrible customer service! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company again for remaining . Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to purchase from them.
