Wonderful customer service and the entire staff is sooo nice and helpful.
I'll be honest, I have had poor experiences at Broadway, they are very over protective and have safety precautions that really can make it annoying and difficult to do everyday normal banking. I constantly found myself wishing I could somehow has LESS security with my account so i could have more control myself and be bothered less and less.
