No good customer service from Natalie I tried calling to get deeper information about my account. She would not try to help me. She just kept telling me that she was gonna transfer me to customer service and customer service had already told me that I needed to speak with the branch I have been coming here for so long. I am tired of having to deal with Broadway Bank. Do not do it go somewhere else.
All staff members at the location on Commerce Street are excellent, they treat you like family and ready to help
Wow!! Incredible staff!! Daisy ! Natalee ! Anna!! Claudia !! All great people . I walked in about a year ago to open a personal account and damn the treatment I get is impeccable. They treat you like family and are very down to earth!! Today my Business partner came in and spoke to Daisy (business account manager ) a she did not disappoint! Made us laugh and made it fun! Didn’t make it seem as if we were just any customer. She made us feel comfortable ! Great damn service!!
If I could put negative stars I would. Crap bank. The employees just want to sit there and do nothing and not even try to do their job.
