Tried to get an 800 number to check status on a letter received with regard to unpaid loan balance was not able to access online per timeout of registration, I have social, loan account including balance and was told that there is no number to find out. I will now refinance the current loan amount balance to sever ties with your institution as a result of not being able to find out anything about the loan. Thank you for nothing and I will share with others not to bank with your institution. The GARIBAY family!!!
