Like most all banks-they are there to make a profit; But we can not find better caring people working at any other banking facilities. All though we do not have an account there at this time, we did bank there for over 20yrs. We did use all the bank locations in town and many out-of-town locations. Kudos' to Broadway Bank locations every- where!!!
The Manager In Boerne Cheryl Smith has to be the rudest individual that I have ever dealt with. If you don't have a large account with them she does not want to deal with you. I can't believe that Broadway would ever keep this kind of person on the payroll much less A manager.
Stay away! Broadway Bank charges ridiculous fees and their account reps are horribly rude!
I've been to several locations around town and every time I get great service. I highly recommend Broadway Bank to everyone!
