This bank rips off its customers by charging $35 overdraft fees even when the account has a positive balance... in my culture, that’s called stealing; they are scamming customers... Oh, and customer service is terrible—rude, ill-mannered, unprofessional... 100% disappointing. Total scammers.
This is the worst branch of this bank—they are already closing branches, and at this Stone Oak and 1604 location, the manager name SS Salas or something like this is very inefficient; it took her over 30 minutes to process a withdrawal when there was no line. Switch banks; that location is very poorly managed by the manager.
