This is the worst branch of this bank—they are already closing branches, and at this Stone Oak and 1604 location, the manager is very inefficient; it took her over 30 minutes to process a withdrawal when there was no line. Switch banks; that location is very poorly managed by the manager.
I've banked with Broadway Bank for a year and the Stone Oak location continues to impress me with its outstanding customer service, professionalism, and personal attention. If your having a bad day this is the place to come to Kinda make you feel like your a criminal trying to cash a hot check . Thats the vibe I got off this place . Strange looks just makes you feel uncomfortable. Then the wait is insane . She came back with a attitude and handed me the envelope without counting it. So I had to count my money out in front of her when the machine was right next to her. Next time I come and cash a check ill take a picture of her and get her name. Im sure she does this alot
I had an urgent situation with my business account that could have delayed payroll, and Jason Orr went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled in time. He quickly coordinated a wire transfer to resolve a payment issue with my payroll company, stayed on top of the process, and kept me updated throughout. I hate to give Broadway one star, because the people have been incredibly friendly, but when it comes to banking I have never worked with a more incompetent group. Listed below are mistakes made by Broadway bank at almost every step of our loan application: -Sent multiple notices of a proposed loan amount, which we called and agreed to. When we checked our portal, we noticed they had changed the amount without communicating with us.
