I went into the Lockhill Selma Road location recently. The man that helped me was very friendly and helpful. He quickly helped ;me with my transaction and gave me some helpful information for how to best handle my 401k when the time comes. I do really like that this bank is owned by a local family. Thank you for giving me all the services of a one of the big "named" banks with one-on-one customer service!
I have tried for days to get anyone’s attention but all I get is the same woman who claims to be the bank manager at Shavano Financial, though I have asked to speak to anyone else. Due to my account being negative $-6.00 (I have tried to add money to avoid more fees, they blocked my account for electronic transfers. I’m a military veteran and had a serious accident 3 weeks ago.
