Excellent Bank never had a problem over 45 years
Cashing a check was Seamless. The teller that helped me struck up a conversation and was so pleasant. I might even switch my bank to Broadway Bank. The excellent customer service is a rarity these days. 5 star experience.
Where is financial institution ever does not want to comply or ever listen to you even over the phone through customer service they just want to argue with you for nothing when you're trying to comply with them and you giving them all the information that you can form yourself I've waited 7 months for a new card and still nothing
