It is far to hard to open an account with them. At least if you’re trying to open an account using mobile.
After almost 20 years of membership, we have never had an issue with our banking accounts.
They cancel or close or put a hold on debit cards REGULARLY for no reason. You can't chat online because their technology is horrible. Their website is about 10 years behind the times and they have a seperate department for everything so you have to be transferred a million times while you wait on hold. Easily the worst bank I have ever dealt with.
Overall, I have been quite pleased with virtually all of my experiences with Broadway Bank.
